Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of services booked, cancellation within 12 hours or no shows will incur a fee of 50% of services booked. This will have to be paid before wanting to book your next appointments
If no shows (those who contact me) want to book an appointment, a 50% deposit is required
Continuous late cancellations may result in not being rebooked
No shows without contacting will not be rebooked
If sick, please call and reschedule or cancel your appointment to help reduce spreading of germs
Please ensure you are always on time - allow time for traffic etc.

If you are 5 -15 minutes late – this may result in your appointment being cancelled or modified

There is designated parking in the spots marked “UNIT 9” in the complex. If there is no spots available - there is more parking on the street
Children are welcome – however I ask you ensure they are well behaved and you have something for them to entertain themselves with. Please take into consideration the treatment you will be receiving and the length of the appointment
I have a very small salon space, so please refrain from bringing multiple friends/family to appointments
EFTPOS (MasterCard and Visa Card), cash and bank transfers are accepted
Referrals and reviews are much appreciated! And for every referral and review (Google and Facebook) you will receive $5 off your treatment! It’s a win win!
Loyalty cards can be used for all full price services (not valid for use on any current specials)
I ensure all clients are to leave happy with their service/s before leaving the salon - clients will be asked to look over to ensure they approve of their treatment

Photographs may be taken of your service and posted on social media - if you do not want them posted please inform me
Nail repairs - I will happily do repairs free of charge within 72 hours - however it will be at my discretion. If I feel as though the product was not caused by error in application or exceeds normal wear and tear you will be charged accordingly.
I do not refill others work. I am happy to remove and apply a fresh set. Removal is extra.
Lash extension repairs - I will happily do touch ups free within 48 hours - this will allow me to try and figure out what the cause of the lashes falling out.
Please arrive to appointments with no eye make-up on - a $5 fee will apply if not fresh faced
